β-SulfurThe uncoordinated waters of crystallisation have their oxygen atoms labelled green to make them easier to identify, though you may need to zoom in to the structure a bit to make sure. There are two of these waters in the unit cell. This is also the atom occupancy of the copper ions since each of the copper ions at the eight corners of the cell have one eighth occupancy and there are two copper ions in the middle of faces which have one half occupancy. This satisfies the stoichiometry of the compound.
